工作职责：

Job Description:

1. Act as regional product specialist of allocated products, ensure responsive product support processes and product feedbacks

2. Guide and coach regional 1st level product support team and field service engineers

3. Executes trouble shooting activities and de-escalation steps within product support organization

4. Securing technical product support along product life cycle starting with product introduction up to phase out, includes Bata and field test

5. Develop and maintain technical documents for internal and external maintenance needs

6. Support Komax Academy as expert for allocated products

7. Execute local engineering project feasibility test and customer pre-acceptance

岗位要求：

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in automation, mechanical, electronic engineering or etc.

2. More than 5 years' experiences in experienced in automation equipment, system integration, wire harness industry, familiar with after-sales service(technical support) or product management

3. Advanced written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English

4. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

5. Excellent project management and coordination competences, possess trouble shooting and de-escalation capability

6. Be able to travel >25% of working time in China and other Asian countries
