工作职责：

一. 岗位的目的：

1. Commodity Management Role for whole of AP region

2. Provide commodity strategy and achieve cost target for assigned commodity

二、工作职责Responsibilities:

1. Analysis of procurement markets, worldwide market cultivation

2. Selection of series suppliers

3. Planning and implementation of the supplier strategy within the material group at the site and within the Prettl plants in AP

4. Conduct price negotiations

5. Supplier evaluation and development

三、职责权限Limits:

Supplier selection and negotiation

2.责任 Duty:

(1)Take responsibilities for own work

(2)按时完成工作职责的责任

Finish own duty on time

(3)与其他部门顺利沟通和合作

Communicate and coordinate with other dept. freely

岗位要求：

一、任职资格Requirements:

1. 学历和专业Degree and Majority ：

本科以上学历，机械电气自动控制专业

bachelor degree or above , major in industrial engineering or business management

2. 培训和资历 Training and Qualification

采购管理，成本分析

Purchasing management, cost analysis, negotiation skills

3. 工作经验Years of Working Experience

5年以上项目采购管理经验

At least 5 years sourcing related experience or above

4. 核心技能和素质 Key Skills and Competency

（1）良好的人际交往能力和谈判技巧

Good human communication ability and negotiations skill

（2）具备较强的执行力和学习能力

Great power of execution and Learning ability

（3)具备问题解决能力

Problem-solving skill
