工作职责：

Job description:

Quotation

- Calculate the product cost and control the cost;

- Analysis product price matrix

- Maintain the product data in SAP;

- Improve the product cost and monitor it during production

New products design and development

- Design cable constructions with design tools

- Make the preparation for new product development, incl. development plan, prepare the technical documents;

- Participate in sample making, and collect the data during the process;

- Analysis the test data of samples, propose the improvement measures; track the samples and report;

- Complete the new product’s technical document and sample report;

- Track new product with sales; get the customer’s approval before mass production;

- Draw up the products’ technical documents.

- Improve the production process and give continual improvement proposal.

Customer complains support

- Coordinate with quality engineer for conducting the customer complaints.

- Communicate with customer effectively and help to solve the quality problem.

Engineering change

- Implement engineering after mass production;

Others

- Coordinate IMDS/CMDS/RoHS-REACH related documents with HQ;

- Package design and implement

- Support product development project manager to implement project

岗位要求：

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above in cable engineering, harness, electronic engineering or etc.

- More than 3 years’ experience in cable design/manufacture or harness design/manufacture

- Good communication skill in English listening, reading, writing and speaking

- Be familiar with IATF 16949 system

- Well know knowledge regarding FEMA/PPAP/APQP/DOE/SPC and etc.

- Proficient in Mrcrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, etc)
